Construction of an Access Railway Line and a Multimodal Logistics Terminal
Coteccons KZ is delivering two strategically important infrastructure projects in the Almaty Region, aimed at developing the region’s logistics system and increasing the capacity of Kazakhstan’s transport hubs. Project 1. Access Railway Line to the Multimodal Logistics Center (Aksengir Station)
General Information
The project is being implemented in the Ili District of the Almaty Region, within the Boraldai industrial zone, on the territory of Aksengir Station. Construction works are carried out on an area of 24.3355 hectares as part of the development of the territory of Platforma Plus LLP. Status: Under implementation Construction period: June 2025 – September 2029
Role of Coteccons KZ
The company acts as the general contractor for the construction of the access railway line, providing a full scope of works—from preparatory activities to engineering supervision and supply chain management.
