An experienced specialist in construction and business analysis. He graduated from AlmaU in 2017 and began his career at BETON 6 as a data analyst. He later worked as an economist at Kusto Home, and since 2021 led construction planning and monitoring for the Koktobe City project in Almaty. In 2024, he became a business analyst at Kusto Logistics Management. Since May 2025, Nursultan has been serving as Project Director at Coteccons Kazakhstan, where he adapts best practices from Vietnam to create efficient construction processes and teams in Kazakhstan, including the implementation of BIM and digital platforms.
