Graduate of Caspian Public University. He began his career as a Site Technical Office Engineer (PTO Engineer), subsequently advancing to Senior PTO Engineer and Head of PTO. With over 10 years of industry experience, he has developed extensive expertise in construction project management, as well as in organizing and coordinating operational processes on large-scale construction sites. He has participated in international projects and continuously works on expanding his professional competencies.
