PROJECT OVERVIEW
The LŌ-GOI Yen Phong project is the tallest two-storey industrial complex in Northern Vietnam, covering an area of more than 139,000 m². Each floor has a clear height of 12.5 meters and is equipped with high-quality racking systems reaching up to 10.5 meters, as well as dedicated loading ramps that allow trucks to access the second floor directly. The floors are constructed to be perfectly level, ultra-durable, and capable of withstanding loads of 3 tons per m², ensuring seamless operation of robotic and automated systems.
ENGINEERING AND DELIVERING EXCELLENCE - SOLVING COMPLEX TECHNICAL CHALLENGES
The two-storey warehouse model optimizes land use and operational costs. However, this concept is relatively new in Vietnam, particularly given the investor’s requirement for maximum building height, which demands the highest level of design and construction expertise to meet stringent technical and safety standards.

As the design-and-build contractor, Coteccons delivered a comprehensive turnkey solution—from concept development and detailed design to construction—and completed the project in just 15 months.
From the outset, Coteccons’ engineers conducted thorough structural analyses of static and dynamic loads generated by forklifts, containers, and heavy vehicles to determine optimal engineering solutions. To enhance safety and accelerate construction progress, a Ringlock scaffolding system was employed. Coteccons also designed and installed an automatic fire protection system compliant with international standards, incorporating heat detectors, sprinkler heads, and an intelligent alarm system to meet stringent regulatory requirements. 2 страница
