Possesses over 20 years of experience in managing large-scale industrial and infrastructure construction projects in the Republic of Kazakhstan. Has a proven track record of delivering projects in the oil and gas sector, industrial construction, and civil infrastructure. Has participated in and led strategically significant projects, including the construction of gas processing facilities (including a project at the Kashagan field), expansion of major oil pipelines (CPC and Atasu–Alashankou), construction of oil pumping stations, as well as the development of an industrial plant for the production of methyl tert-butyl ether (MTBE). Also has experience in managing civil construction and engineering infrastructure projects. Specializes in comprehensive construction management, including coordination of subcontractors, schedule and budget control, compliance with project documentation, and ensuring adherence to occupational health, industrial safety, and fire safety requirements.
